How to choose your size?
Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, while keeping your arms relaxed at your sides.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tight.

What fit should you choose?
A Neo Top should fit snugly and stay close to the body. The neoprene should not create large folds or air pockets, while still allowing full freedom of movement around the shoulders and arms.

If you are between two sizes, use your chest measurement as the main reference.
