Air Force bag is developed for strapless freestylers and surfers that are travelling around the world.
This bag is used to go from planes to beaches and beaches to planes, it is an excellent traveler and protector for the most fragile boards.
Being confined in a wet, salty boardbag is clearly not a good situation. As we love your boards and gear, we would like it to be ventilated: we developped the Airvent rubber system to let the boardbag breath and evacuate moisture and bad smells.
Most of the boardbags are stitched with one gallon joining the top and bottom parts all around. Having used many boardbags we realized this joint is a sensible area, and it needs the best construction to resist.
On all our boardbags, we stitch a first gallon all around the top part, then stitch a second gallon all around the bottom part, to finish we stitch both gallon together. This is a long, expensive process but it assures us our boardbags will be the most durable possible.
Some parts of the boardbags are sensible and are often dragged on the ground. For these we decided to use a PVC patch protection, which is the most resistant surface we could use.
You can have the best boardbag possible, if the wheels are cheap you won’t be able to use it for long, plus the noise it makes is the most annoying on earth. The wheels we used on our AIR-FORCE and GOLF bags are large, soft and resistant, so it can go anywhere and be discrete at the same time.
The technologies and materials featured in this range will make these boardbags your best travelling friends for years, because boardbags share all your trips around the world. They are the tools, the devices and the witnesses.
The Tarpaulin panel offers durability and waterproofness, its soft and technical style make the design aesthetic and modern.
We looked for the highest quality grade of Polyester 600D so our boardbags will perform the tracks of many trips.
MANERA uses the ZATFITS technology to save your measurements and calculates your best fit for each product of our range.
To take accurate measurements, you will need a proper measuring tape. You should always stand straight, without moving your waist/chest. Each circumference measurement must be taken horizontally, and the tape should be stretched but not tighten.
Height is measured from the top of your head to your soles.
Neck measurement is taken horizontally and under Adam’s apple. Keep your head straight and look in front of you.
Chest measurement is taken at the widest point of your chest, under your armpits at the same level as the shoulder blades.
The torso measurement is taken with the measuring tape placed around your bust, just under the pectorals.
Waist measurement is taken around your belly, by passing the measuring tape at the level of the navel.
Hip measurement is taken around the bottom on the widest point of your hips.
