Marcela Witt
The passion for water sports runs in Marcela's family and is a source of inspiration for her. The mere idea of traveling to kite was so fascinating to her that competitions turned out to be just an excuse to spend her life on the road in search of wind and waves. She likes wild and simple things. For her, the sea and ocean feel like home, a place where she feels comfortable, free and whole.

I grew up watching my parents windsurfing. Windy places are familiar to me since I was a little kid. When I was 13, my dad and grandpa taught me how to kite and since then I have always known that I could do this my whole life. Kitesurfing to me is a way to push my limits, to challenge myself and at the same time to relax.
I would buy a sailboat and travel the world searching for the best conditions to surf and kitesurf, and to learn about different cultures.
