Gabriel Interview
Can you tell us a bit more about your passion for surfing?
My first experience of surfing was when I was seven years old and my dad pushed me into a wave at Newport Beach, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I am fortunate that I can walk to the beach from my house and try to get in surfing at every opportunity. Recently I have taken up foiling; this has opened a whole new world of possibilities and is an ideal complement to surfing.
You just won the lottery, what would you do first?
I’d like to travel the world in search of warm, uncrowded left hand reef breaks.
Words to live by?
“ The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun. ”
