Scottish grom Gabriel Noble began surfing in 2020 and has quickly risen through the ranks, already representing Scotland at the 2024 European Junior Championships. Growing up in a surf family, with both parents and his older brother Israel, Gabriel was hooked from his first wave at age seven. Based in Fraserburgh, he thrives on Scotland’s challenging conditions, always keeping it fun no matter the forecast. With a love for airs, foiling, and chasing perfect reef breaks, Gabriel embodies a positive spirit, reminding us all that the best surfer is the one having the most fun.
STAY BUSY
My first experience of surfing was when I was seven years old and my dad pushed me into a wave at Newport Beach, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I am fortunate that I can walk to the beach from my house and try to get in surfing at every opportunity. Recently I have taken up foiling; this has opened a whole new world of possibilities and is an ideal complement to surfing.
I’d like to travel the world in search of warm, uncrowded left hand reef breaks.
“ The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun. ”
First time I got tubed.
I like to go pump foiling or ride my mountain bike.
